These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Meeleo Solutions Ltd. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Meeleo Solutions provides software development, design, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives full ownership of all custom-developed software, designs, and deliverables created specifically for them under the engagement. Meeleo retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools and libraries that are incorporated into client deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are: 50% of the project fee due before work commences, and 50% upon project completion and delivery. For ongoing retainer engagements, invoices are issued monthly and due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Meeleo employees sign individual non-disclosure agreements and are trained on confidential information handling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meeleo's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
